Lee Almany
CEO, Park-River Israel
PARK-RIVER PROPERTIES
With her extensive industry knowledge and vast connections spanning from New York City to Israel,
Lee Almany spearheads investor relations and oversees operations for Park-River Israel. She enjoys
working closely with prominent Israeli investors looking to extend their portfolio of real estate
holdings to New York, and partnering hand-in-hand with Park-River’s Manhattan office to secure
the best property, location and deal for her clients.
A successful agent for nearly 10 years at a top residential brokerage firm in Manhattan, Lee honed
her market savvy selling property in both New York and Israel over that time. She has cultivated an
outstanding reputation with her loyal clients who respect her patient manner, seasoned insight,
exceptional service and sound guidance on the right investment strategies that make their real
estate experience financially and emotionally rewarding.
An Israel native raised in Connecticut, Lee studied at Baruch College. She began working for her
family at age 12, started her own company at age 17, and worked in various sales and managerial
positions prior to entering real estate. Lee has always demonstrated great fluidity working with
people as well as numbers. Plus she boasts a strong business sense, and analytic and strategic
mind geared toward identifying opportunity, and ensuring value.
“Buying real estate is one of the most important transactions a person usually makes. I want to
make it unforgettable,” says Lee, who herself owns personal investment properties. “For me, buying
real estate is first and foremost an investment, whether it becomes a home or not. My goal is to
make every investment a smart one, no matter what the intent or purpose.”
Complementing her real estate career, Lee has taken courses in business and real estate in New
York and in Israel where she currently lives. Outside of work, she loves dance, photography and film.
Lee also has long volunteered her time to help children with illness, a cause near and dear to her heart.
