We are proud to operate within a powerful trio of companies – Park River Properties, LLC, Gaia Real Estate Holdings, LLC and Vision Property Management, LLC - founded by a group of experts in the real estate business with over a century of combined experience, and a record of transacting billions of dollars of property. Members of the management team have substantial experience in successfully weathering difficult market cycles experience that will serve well in the current market.
