With 11+ years of transactional experience in real estate investments and in asset management, Mr. Yerushalmi has completed more than $350 million worth of real estate transactions in the U.S. Mr. Yerushalmi's acquisitions over the years generated an average 79% IRR and 2.52 equity multiple.

In 2002, Mr. Yerushalmi founded (2002) Vision Real Estate Group ("VG") as a fully integrated real estate investments, asset and property management firm based in midtown Manhattan and has been serving as its President and CEO ever since.

VG acquires, manages, develops, repositions and sells a diverse portfolio consisting of multi-family, corporate housing and commercial properties, each with an identifiable upside which benefits from VG's interdisciplinary expertise.

Since 2003 VG has completed the acquisition and repositioning of over 400 residential properties in the Tri State Region, and its management division managed over 1,000 properties in the New York metropolitan area. In almost every instance VG was able to renovate, increase rent roll revenues and improve the financial state of most of the properties it acquired and managed.

Furthermore, in 2007, due to his vast experience in bulk condo acquisitions and property management as well as his expertise in corporate housing, Mr. Yerushalmi, through VG, served as a consultant to one of the largest private equity groups in the world with respect to various corporate housing and bulk condo acquisitions initiatives.

Mr. Yerushalmi is the Co-Founder and the Chairman of the Board of Vision India Real Estate. Vision India is a Real Estate development company based in Chennai, India. The company is currently working with the GEM Group on developing over 2000 residential units as well as logistics center in the city of Chennai.

Prior to his tenure at VG, Mr. Yerushalmi served as Executive Vice President at Oxford Capital, a New York based real estate development company, where he structured master leases with Marriott ExecuStay for over 1,000 units in the greater New York area and was involved in the acquisition and development of over 500 residential properties.

Mr. Yerushalmi also managed Oxford Capital's property management division which at the time was the biggest property management company for individual condo units in Manhattan.

Mr. Yerushalmi earned a BA with distinctions from Pace University and an MBA from Columbia University and London Business School.
